What People Are Saying

Matari Coffee is a must stop every time I visit Mississauga, and I recommend you to do the same:) It’s an experience to enjoy authentic Yemeni coffee. Every time I go, I bring a friend along, and every time we leave completely satisfied. Thank you, guys!

A wonderful cafe with variety of snacks and elegant drinks

I ordered mofawar coffee, and it was the worst coffee I have ever had. It tasted like dust, nothing like coffee and in fact anything tasty. I also ordered a kanafa chocolate cake, which was extremely small and costed $10. The taste of it was horrible, it was extremely sweet. After one bite, I couldn’t have it anymore and whatever I had after that didn’t change my taste.. The prices for their bakery items are not listed anywhere, except a few items, which was also very disappointing.

This Yemeni coffee shop in Mississauga is a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality coffee in a welcoming and modern space. The café is very clean, with beautiful, contemporary décor that makes it comfortable to sit in or stop by for a quick drink. The service is excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. There’s an impressive variety of both hot and cold beverages, many with rich Middle Eastern flavours, along with a wide selection of desserts and cakes to choose from. Parking is free, which is a plus, although it can be a bit challenging to find a spot at busy times. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and experience offered. Overall, it’s a solid choice and definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area.

Lovely coffee, great treats — but the noise ruined the vibe I really enjoyed this coffee place. The coffee was genuinely nice, and their special pink signature coffee was delicious and unique. The biscuits were also amazing — tasty with dates inside, which I really loved. The only downside was the atmosphere. A café is supposed to be a relaxing spot where you can sit with your partner, enjoy a drink, and unwind. Unfortunately, there was someone talking extremely loudly across the whole café, and it completely took away from the peaceful vibe. It was honestly quite irritating, and I wish the staff or the person themselves had been more mindful. Overall, great coffee and treats, but the noise made it hard to fully enjoy the experience.
