You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content for Service operation and improvement purposes.

We strive to provide continuous Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice
• Implement maintenance, updates, or improvements
• Change features, functionality, or terms of access

We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Chugli.ai offers an optional paid plan ("Bestie"). The following terms apply to all purchases.

Subscription & Renewal

• The Bestie monthly plan is a recurring subscription that automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method the then-current price for each renewal period.
• In select regions, Bestie may be offered as a one-time pass that grants access for a fixed period and does not auto-renew.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change; any price change will apply only to billing periods after we notify you.

Cancellation

• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Your Plan → Cancel renewal, or via the Manage billing portal.
• When you cancel, you keep Bestie access until the end of your current paid period — no further charges are made after that.
• Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period (see Refunds below).
• You can resume a cancelled subscription before it ends from the same screen.

Refunds

• We offer a one-time courtesy refund per account, available within 15 days of a charge. Once used, this option is no longer available.
• Beyond the one-time courtesy refund, payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method and end Bestie access immediately.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice when possible

We enforce content violations through a graduated process:

• Warning: Your account is flagged and you are notified of the violation
• Restriction: Repeat violations result in limited access to certain features
• Suspension: Continued misuse leads to temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent ban: Severe violations, including content involving minors, result in immediate and permanent account termination

We reserve the right to skip steps in this process for severe violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but these Terms remain in effect for applicable provisions.
