I bought a variety of coffee beans from Poets & Prose back in December and I was not disappointed. If you are looking for a speciality independent coffee roaster in the Oakville-Mississauga area then Poets & Prose should be your go to!

I tried this coffee for the first time last week after a close friend recommended it, and it immediately stood out for its rich aroma and perfectly balanced flavor. I love that it’s strong enough to wake you up but doesn’t leave that bitter aftertaste some dark roasts do. It tastes great both black and with a splash of cream — I’ve even used it for cappuccinos and lattes, and it held its flavor beautifully. The freshness is obvious — you can tell the beans were recently roasted, and the resealable packaging helps keep that aroma locked in. Definitely one I’ll order again.
