The Mule provides something downtown Oakville was missing. It is a fun night out without the usual downtown fuss. Service is great, food is good. They’re packed, so I do understand the staff moving things along. Def going back!!

Excellent service! Tasty food! Friendly staff! Cautious on allergens. I have celiac and other sensitivities and they were reassuring as well as knowledgeable on allergens. I got, The Chimi Beef (The Mule Taco Takedown) and The Nashville taco.

We went here for the first time and wow it was delicious! My six year old mowed down five kids tacos and said it was amazing! My personal faves were the Brussel sprout tacos and cauliflower tacos. Oh and the pot dessert was so delicious! Definitely will return

This restaurant/bar truly surprised us. We ended up having dinner there because another restaurant we usually go to was under renovation, and we’re so glad we did. We really enjoyed the experience. We ordered the chimi beef tacos and the habanero tacos, as well as an order of birria, which was absolutely delicious. One of our friends ordered a margarita that also exceeded our expectations, although I don’t remember the full name of it. The habanero tacos, in particular, were outstanding. We loved the atmosphere—the artwork on the walls was beautiful, and the place felt very cozy and welcoming overall. On top of that, the service was excellent.
