Who says government started cash jobs, its the people who started it and now visitors and refugees are working for less pay and people who are on valid status are not getting jobs

Pr and visa is controlled by economic/ diversity/ need of skill not who is doing cash job vs exploitation

Not sure if people know the meaning of survival, on the name of exploitation this os non negotiable. Its a human choice not community
